Allamanda

Allamanda is a 5-bedroom/4.5-bathroom private villa in the Great River Private gated community. It also allows guests to use a full staff: butler, chef, housekeeper, laundress, and gardener. There is also a complimentary full-time driver with a 12-seat van (the cost of fuel is not included) and a complimentary nanny for 40 hours per week for children 8 years and younger. This beautiful villa rental comes with one complimentary 60-minute massage with a 7-night rental.

As for entertainment, this luxury villa has it all. There is a 35' x 17' zero-entry infinity edge pool, a playground with swings and a 15-foot slide, a half basketball court in the driveway, and a ping pong/pool table. For those who need to stay connected, there is also a laptop, printer, scanner, fax machine, wireless internet throughout the home, complimentary Digicel cell phone for local calls, and complimentary calls to the US and Canada. There is a satellite and cable TV in every bedroom, a 70'' flat-screen TV, DVD player, and PlayStation 3 in the Great Room, and a SONOS sound system to connect with your portable device and stream thousands of radio stations.

For various fees Pineapple Kids Club, the fitness room, tennis court, hair salon and spa, bars and restaurants, gift shops, water sports, Internet room, and beach parties every Mon-Wed-Fri are available.

A Tryall Club membership is also available which includes; complimentary beach access, tennis court, gym, pool, Hummingbird Kids Club, non-motorized water sports, Internet room, new Usain Bolt Games Room for kids, teens and adults, jogging trail, afternoon tea and Manager's Cocktail Party. For various fees golf, tennis lessons, Happy Hour, hair salon and spa, bars and restaurants, boutiques, motorized water sports, and beach parties every Mon-Wed-Fri are available.

One of the delights at Allamanda is the chorus of cicadas and tree frogs. Many guests leave their windows open all night for these signature sounds of Jamaica at night-time.

Allamanda can accommodate as many children as there are beds (2 adults and 10 children is possible). A nanny is required per 2 children if the ratio of children to adults is more than 2 to 1.

Two Jamaican Brown Dogs live at Allamanda (Bonnie and Emily). They are both very friendly and are given free reign of the property at all times when the owners are in residence. If requested, however, the dogs can be kept in their ample dog run during the day and only let loose in the early evening to roam the property at night. Just let the staff know your preference.

Guests of Allamanda can enjoy the privacy of this villa and its proximity to the town. It will take you 4 minutes to get to the beach and only 20 minutes to get to town and the airport.
