Sitting on top of 18 acres of Jamaican hilltop, Silent Waters Villa is known as one of the most luxurious villa rentals in Jamaica. Located in the gated community of Great River Private on one of the highest mountaintops overlooking Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea. Silent Waters encompases twelve buildings, helicopter pad and tennis court occupy on four acres. This space is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats or destination wedding - this Jamaica villa is beautiful and also has the space to accommodate your perfect event.
The paved entrance road is elegantly landscaped with stately Royal Palms. Black and gold wrought iron gates from Thailand mark the entrance to the property. Hand-carved teak doors from Bali lead to multiple interior areas in textures of Travertine marble, Brazilian granite, cedar and teak. Colorful gardens are accented with ancient carved Balinese, Burmese, Thai and Chinese statuary. Serene lily ponds and turquoise pools separate various living spaces within the compound. There is no road access to the densely-wooded property above Silent Waters. Privacy is assured. Sophisticated electronic security and video monitors ensure that only invited parties may enter the compound.
There are five guest suites and an owner's villa all on site. Each suite is individually attached and has its own separate roof. Guest rooms consist of 5 individual detached villa suites, each under separate roof, which accommodate a total of 18 guests. The Owner's Suite can also be rented which can accommodate an additional 2 adults. Each suite is equiped with TV and stereo. The full staff of 14 is dedicated to making their guests' stay exceptionally enjoyable. Whether it's the property manager, personal chef or housekeepers, they are all here to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
The hub of the compound is the 900-square-foot Main Pavilion. 100 feet of sliding glass doors disappear into pocket walls to open the central Pavilion to a breathtaking panorama of sea, sky and mountains. The Pavilion opens to a marble terrace, infinity-edge swimming pool and sunning area overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Montego Bay. It is the perfect spot for entertaining. With 100 feet of sliding glass doors that disappear into pocket walls, it opens the area up to mesmerizing views of the sky, sea and mountains. Outside these doors, there is a marble terrace with an infinity edge pool. The Pavilion has a home theatre with LED (HD)/Internet TV and surround sound system perfect for watching a movie or the big game. It also has a DVD player and a 200 CD disc changer. With a programmable surround-sound music system and Logitec IPOD docking station with speaker, this is the ultimate spot listen to your favorite tunes. The amenities list is extensive. Swimming, tennis, excercise equipment, snorkeling gear and yoga are just to name a few.

The guest suites are laid out as follows:
Villa Suite 1 is two story with the bedroom (king size bed), bathroom, sitting area, TV and stereo all upstairs. Downstairs there is a queen size bed, sitting area, wet bar, TV, stereo and patio. Gorgeous views include the Great River Valley, mountains and a partial sea.
Villa Suite 2 is similar to Villa Suite 1. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two queen size beds, bathroom, and TV and stereo. A queen size bed, sitting area (with sofa bed), TV, stereo, wet bar and patio are all downstairs. Gorgeous views of the Great River Valley, mountains and a partial sea view.
Villa Suite 3 is one level with a king size bed, bathroom (with marble shower with double shower heads), large sitting area (with sofa bed), wet bar and two private patios. The views are of the Great River Valley, forest and sea.
Villa Suite 4 is two story with a large room upstairs with a king size bed, bathroom (marble shower with double shower heads), sitting area and a TV and stereo. The lower level has a full size hideaway bed, sitting area and wet bar. There is an outdoor shower and beautiful views of Montego Bay can be seen from this suite.
Villa Suite 5 is two story with two queen size beds, bathroom (with marble shower with double shower heads) and sitting area with TV and stereo upstairs. Downstairs is a full size hideaway sofa bed, sitting area and wet bar. There is an outdoor shower, private patio and gorgeous views of the Great River Valley and Montego Bay.
