Decorated to the height of taste, Riverhouse A at Element 52 is absolutely exquisite from top to bottom and includes all of the amazing amenities that Element 52 has to offer.
Upon entering the home, guests are greeted by beautiful hardwood floors, diamond plaster walls and wonderfully high ceilings. The entry level of the home opens into a large den with comfortable sofa and groovy bean bags surrounding a flat screen TV. Lining the wall opposite the TV are two sets of built bunk beds with privacy curtains, perfect for extra guests. Off the south end of this room is a laundry room with full size washer/dryer, as well as the split king bedroom and bathroom with full glass shower. The second master is also located on this level and has a king size bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with full glass shower.
Upstairs, the great occupies the entire middle level. Guests ascend the stairs past the conveniently located powder room to the dining area with seating for up to six guests, which is served by the adjacent gourmet kitchen with soapstone countertops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar for two. The chic living room has a contemporary sofa and three armchairs surrounding a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. The north-facing balcony off the living area allows guests to take in the beautiful views of Telluride’s box canyon.
The top level of the home is the perfect escape into the Master Suite. A TempurPedic adjustable king size bed, small desk with chair, gas fireplace and fireplace make this bedroom both comfortable and romantic. Vaulted ceilings trimmed with wooden beam detail let in plenty of light and continue into the Master Bathroom. The perfect place for relaxation, this bathroom is adorned with dual vanity sinks, a steam shower and separate deep soaking tub.
