Enjoy amazing views of the box canyon’s Ingram Falls from this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath residence located in the Town of Telluride at the Cascades building.
This residence's main entrance leads guests to a small foyer with a large bench, opening up to a lovely living area where guests enjoy comfortable seating, breathtaking views, a gas fireplace and large flat screen TV with DVD/Blue Ray player. The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances as well as beautiful soapstone countertops. Off the great room is a private balcony with a gas grill and the same great views as the living area. Around the corner from the living room is the dining room with seating for 10 guests, as well as a small powder room.
The second entrance to the property opens to a series of three bedrooms. All bedrooms share one balcony, which overlooks the property’s fire pit and common area. The queen guest suite is spacious and can sleep up to four guests in a queen size bed and an additional twin bed with trundle underneath. The queen guest suite includes a flat screen TV/DVD player, as well as an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination. Continue down the hall to the king guest suite, with another flat screen TV/DVD as well as an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. At the end of the hallway, find the king master suite; a beautifully appointed room with a king size bed, small sitting area and flat screen TV/DVD. The en suite master bathroom includes a double vanity, jetted tub and a separate steam shower… perfect for après ski relaxation.
The condo is just a short 2-minute walk to gondola, as well as to the junction of Pacific and Davis Streets where there is a wine store, amazing Thai restaurant, deli and a fabulous cocktail bar.
Guests at Cascades A10 enjoy the simplicity of getting on the slopes with complimentary ski valet and easy access to Telluride Trail ski run. Element 52 also offers a 24-hour fitness center and a spa facility with hot tub, soaking pools, massage and facials.
Parking is available for a fee of $25/day/vehicle paid directly to Element 52, with complimentary transportation around the town of Telluride and to/from the Telluride Airport.
