The moment you enter, the stunning view captures your eye. The vibrant blue sea, verdant mountains, the island of Anguilla and swaying palms are pure postcard poetry day and night. The heated pool sits like a turquoise jewel in the middle of the view and the terrace. Gorgeous gardens surround the house and within the terraces. 

Moroccan arches and hidden pocket doors create exotic passages between interior and exterior spaces. Terracotta flooring flows throughout the main living spaces; travertine is featured in the bedroom suites. The interior dining room, exterior dining room and the gourmet kitchen create a seamless transition for entertaining. The elegant main kitchen, open to the exterior and the spectacular view, is an chef’s delight mixing elegant warm woods with rich granite tones and upscale steel appliances. A smaller service kitchen provides additional work space. The spacious contemporary double living room provides ample seating. The attitude is sleek and comfortable with an African vibe in creams, tans, pops of mango and zebra patterns. One living room is off the terrace and pool, the other inset into the main building for a quieter area to relax. Covered decks and open terraces surround the pool area providing comfortable outdoor lounging and dining.

Each of the three bedrooms are oversized master suites each with a private terrace, patio or garden plus sea views even from the beautiful spa style bathrooms. The colors are soothing shades of white with touches of color. The bathrooms are serene spaces in creams with walk-in showers and large windows to take in nature’s beauty. 

Even though you are in a seemingly remote oasis, you are close to amenities. It’s a short drive to the beaches like Baie aux Prunes and to Baie Nettle’s new culinary stars; Le Sand, Dreams and Mezza Luna. You are just 10 minutes to the airport. Another 10 minutes in the other direction and you reach the charming French capital of Marigot with bakeries, restaurants, shops, historic buildings and Creole Market. Drive 25 minutes to Grand Case or Philipsburg’s shopping haven.
