This property has 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms, plus a den/media room complete with a queen size sleeper sofa which can be closed off with sliding door for privacy for a total occupancy of 8 guests.
Situated on 5.13 acres, guests of Rainbow Hale Estate enjoy phenomenal ocean views and luxuries such as the saline infinity pool with spa and outdoor shower. You will find beautiful African mahogany, Jatoba (Brazilian cherry), granite and travertine finishes throughout. The house is also furnished with an eclectic collection of pieces that enhance the plantation-inspired architecture. The Master bedroom retreat has a King bed, private lanais, wet bar and en suite bathroom with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms have Queen beds, en suite bathrooms and access to the balcony. Other features are the gourmet custom kitchen, state-of-the-art Media Room and home security system. Vitamix and bottled water in the kitchen, hi-def tv's in all bedrooms, a DVR to record TV shows/movies, rain shower, side spray and hand held shower heads in master shower, pool, yard toys and beach towels provided. This is the perfect setting for your family get together or a very private one of a kind retreat.
