On the landing, between this floor and the home’s lowest level is a full bath with dual vanity sinks and glass shower as well as a laundry closet with a full size washer/dryer and sink.

Continue to the basement to find a space, ideal for entertaining. The home theater is equipped with an over sized TV, wet bar with sink, and mini fridge. Sprawl across the sectional sofa and enjoy a movie with the family or sip a drink at the high top table and bar.
