Enter in through the large wooden door, which exhibits four pained-windows, letting in all the natural light the sunny side has to offer. To the left of the stone tile entrance is the den, with a large flat screen TV, love seat, two oversized chairs and two additional hand woven wicker chairs, allowing for plenty of room for friends and family to gather in this bright and airy space. North of this sitting area lies a small kitchenette with sink, mini dishwasher, wine cooler and microwave positioned adjacent to the bunk room. This guest room is fully carpeted with a twin bunk, and over sized closet. A full bath with stone tiled sink and large glass shower serves this guest room. Up only four steps ahead, is the second guest bedroom. A Queen Suite, fully carpeted with walk in closet and en suite bathroom detailed with stone countertops and a large glass shower with waterfall shower head and bench.
The upper level of the house can be accessed just off this guest room past the laundry room with full washer and dryer and utility sink, or off the stairs from the main entrance. This grand room with vaulted ceiling's and exposed wooden beams, is filled with sunlight from the plethora of windows that surround and large deck just off the room’s south side. The deck is furnished with a round table and seating for four with two additional wicker chairs, and magnificent views of the Box Canyon. The living area is furnished with a flat screen TV, leather couch and two leather chairs with matching ottomans all centered around an iron coffee table. In the corner of the room, the gas fireplace and small window bench make this room perfect to sit and read or enjoy a board game with the family. Flowing into the kitchen with beautiful stone countertops, wood custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and and breakfast bar for three, this space was designed for family and friends to catch up and make memories together. The dining table with built in bench seat and chairs can seat up to six while overlooking the master chef in the kitchen. An additional pantry with sink, microwave, glassware and additional appliances can be found neighboring this grand space.
Serving this space and the full guest bedroom that follows is a lovely guest bath, up just a few steps and off to the left with painted brick tile throughout complemented by white shiplap, pedestal sink and shower/ tub combination. Beyond this bathroom is an additional guest room, with vaulted ceiling, hard wood floors and similar white painted shiplap throughout. This unique room offers a raised full bed and small loft area above.
Before reaching the Master Suite, guests pass the door to this property's attached garage, giving space for any vehicle that may be used while exploring Telluride and its surroundings. The entire top floor houses the Master Suite with vaulted wood ceilings, a skylight, queen size bed, built-in work desk, walk-in closet, private balcony and en suite bathroom. The Master bathroom is a true space for luxury and relaxation with an exceptional steam shower with overhead waterfall shower head, two seats and pebbled flooring, along with stone counter top sink and sunken jetted soaking tub.
