Villa Capri is a five bedroom, six bathroom property with over 7,400 square feet of luxury. Beautiful tropical gardens surround the property and the view of the bay is simply amazing.
 
Inside you will find this villa furnished with modern European style and accented with floating photos of the island of Capri. Looking out the sliding glass doors, it almost appears as if the infinity pool and the bay are one and the same. There is a formal dining area off the living room and is next to the gourmet kitchen with state of the art appliances.
 
The outdoor space of this property is truly breathtaking. From the infinity pool to the gorgeous bay view, no other spot could be more perfect for family gatherings or entertaining friends. The large wooden deck is outfitted with comfortable sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture, a professional grade stainless steel BBQ and bar.
 
Cottage Capri has a bedroom, bathroom, veranda, living area and minibar. It also has its own access to the infinity pool.
 
The gym room has its own bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Villa Capri has 4 ensuite bedrooms in the main house. The master has a king size bed, walk in closet, veranda and safe. The bathroom boasts his and her sinks, bathtub and a walk in rain shower. The remaining three bedrooms all have their own private bath, veranda and safe. Each bedroom is cooled by air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
