Villa Maraiza is a stunning Punta Mita vacation rental. This Punta Mita villa is part of the exclusive residential community of Iyari. It is located on the hillside above the Iyari Estates in the heart of the northern coast of Punta Mita. Jamie Barba is the architect who designed Villa Maraiza. There are four bedrooms and a den with beds that accommodate up to ten guests. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with its own private bathroom and air conditioning. To enhance the outdoor living experience, guests can enjoy a personal plunge pool and extensive terraces. The tropical lush that surrounds Villa Maraiza provides privacy.
Iyari Villas have a private entrance and private access to Playa Iyari through the community beach cabana, which is only accessible to the Iyari owners and guests. Villa Maraiza also comes with Premier Golf Membership, which provides access to all amenities within the Punta Mita resort.
