This villa features an infinity pool with hidden patios and private patios for both entertaining and private pleasures.
Singita is one of the few Mexican Hacienda style homes in the Punta Mita development. This home was designed with modern open spaces and grand proportions. This villa is split one side dedicated to large bedroom suites and the other for relaxing in the TV room or exercising in the private gym. Singita is built for entertaining and socializing. She includes both indoor and outdoor liing and dining areas.

Bedrooms and suites are located in the south wing of the home. The two oceanfront master suites with private patios are the ideal place to relax and idle away the hours, enjoy a private breakfast or sit and watch the sun go down. Two additional bedrooms also offer heaps of space and lots of lovely details. All rooms feature tasteful Mexican tapestry work, local artifacts and original artwork. A nanny/teenage casita is fully fitted and equipped with a living/dining room and kitchen. The casita can be accessed through the service area or its own exterior entryway.
