El Encanto is an exclusive enclave of waterfront and golf view residences situated on a terraced hillside overlooking the Bay of Banderas and bordering one of the peninsula's two Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses.
Offering over 9,000 square feet of interior and exterior living space, this luxury Punta Mita Villa boasts five en suite bedrooms for up to 12 guests. Panoramic ocean and lake views on three sides, architecturally conceived to be enjoyed from the master and three of the guest bedrooms. Dine indoors or out on the expansive infinity-edge pool deck, patio and terrace area as you take in the Bay of Banderas and the world-renowned Punta Mita surf.
Perhaps most importantly, guests of Casa Marlago are cared for by our expertly trained staff, serving daily breakfast and lunch, as well as beverage and maid service. Dinner service is also available, arranged in advance for an additional fee.
