Villa Veva is a newly completed luxury oceanfront villa in Puerto Vallarta, finished in summer 2025 and located less than two miles from the vibrant downtown area. Convenient to the city’s shopping, dining, and cultural attractions, this elegant modern villa seamlessly blends contemporary architecture with Mexican art, furnishings, and textiles to create a warm yet sophisticated retreat.

The three-level villa features six bedrooms and is serviced by a private elevator. Guests are welcomed through a grand entry hall with expansive windows framing panoramic views of Banderas Bay, the Sierra Madre Mountains, and lush jungle hillsides. The lower levels house multiple ocean-view bedrooms, each opening onto private balconies and designed as serene retreats with king beds, luxury linens, spa-like bathrooms, and large-screen TVs. A smaller sixth bedroom with a queen bed is ideal for children, a nanny, or additional guests.

One level features a spacious game room with a pool table, oversized seating, and a large TV, all opening to outdoor balconies with sweeping ocean views. This floor also includes a fully equipped gym with free weights and modern workout equipment.

It includes a gourmet chef’s kitchen with an expansive marble island, open dining and living areas, and direct access to the terrace and the villa’s showpiece—an oceanfront infinity pool that appears to spill into the bay below. This level also features the private Super Master suite, a spa-like sanctuary with soft neutral décor and direct access to the pool deck, offering uninterrupted views across the bay to Punta de Mita and the Marietas Islands.

Villa Veva offers a full-service luxury experience with dedicated staff including a private chef, housekeepers, a houseman/waiter, and concierge. Guests select their menus while the chef handles shopping, preparation, service, and cleanup (food and beverages not included). The concierge can also arrange private boat cruises, in-villa spa services, and a wide range of local adventures for a truly carefree stay.
