Casa Septiembre is one of our favorite beach houses in Puerto Vallarta. Featuring 9 bedrooms, it is one of the few large villas near Old Town that has a wide sandy beach below the pool. The ambiance is ultra exotic and relaxed. Lush gardens create a private enclave. The backdrop of white sand, swaying palm trees and aquamarine waters has been described by guests as “a Hollywood set”. When you find the strength to pry yourself away from this idyllic setting, the popular tourist districts in Old Town are less than 5 minutes in a taxi or 15 minute hike along the spectacular Conchas Chinas coastline.
Casa Septiembre has a nostalgic, almost magical atmosphere: polished concrete floors, collector’s items, vintage photographs and Moroccan antiques are fused with industrial design details and subdued lighting. There is a distinctive Art Deco element in the architecture but with organic nuances like flowing muslin curtains, a thatched roof bar, meandering garden paths and private, romantic bedrooms. Turkish rugs, religious artifacts, period pieces and imported furnishings add character and style.
The fabulous pool and beach are the best features of this property. Located on one of the prettiest beaches on the Bay of Banderas, the tropical style pool cabana is the perfect setting for entertaining, featuring outdoor living area, bar and grill. Staff includes a pool waiter to serve blender drinks in the afternoon. The pool gardens make a nice zen spot for in-house spa treatments.
Casa Septiembre is a 9 Bedroom villa available starting with 5 bedrooms during summer months. One of the bedrooms is a double suite with two queen beds: 4 persons allowed in the double suite for no additional fee, babies and toddlers sleep in cribs for free, baby equipment provided.

This suite has the most stairs to get down to the main level dining and pool area, but because of it's location at the very top of the villa, it is the most private and secluded. This suite is stocked with natural light and glorious views.

Two queen beds, en suite bathroom, hair dryer, robes, toiletries, AC, ceiling fan, access to pool terrace. Stairs lead to the pool area while curtains can be drawn in between the two beds to create privacy.

Bedroom 3
King bed, en suite bathroom, hair dryer, robes, toiletries, AC, ceiling fan, private terrace. This is the larges master suite with the easiest access to the main level. This suite features a tropical bath with semi-outdoor shower.

Bedroom 4
King bed, en suite bathroom, hair dryer, robes, toiletries, AC, ceiling fan, private terrace. This suite works well for guests who want to be within close proximity to Bedroom 3. These two bedrooms can be set up like a two-bedroom suite, with a door to thecommon area that can be closed for privacy or for restricting access for children. This bedroom has the best outdoor space in the house, many guests like to use this large terrace for sunset cocktails due to the fabulous sunset views.

king bed (can be converted into king bed), en suite bathroom, hair dryer, robes, toiletries, AC, ceiling fan, private terrace. The orange master suite is a large bedroom just one flight up from the Pool Terrace. This bedroom provides secluded ambiance and easy pool access.

Bedroom 9

While this bedroom has the least amount of privacy, it works very well for families as children can be placed in cribs or beds close enough to be checked on by pool goers. This bedroom does have security latches that limit access to pool when necessary.
