Esperanza 2804 is a villa located in the luxurious oceanside community of Punta Ballena. Esperanza 2804 has the capacity to sleep up to ten guests in its four spacious bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Every bedroom is equipped with lavish linens and plenty of cushions and pillows that will provide guests with a most comfortable stay. In each room, there are ensuite bathrooms and sliding glass doors that open out to a private balcony that offers guests breathtaking views of the communal gardens.
There are stainless steel appliances and all the tools that are needed to create 5-star meals in the gourmet kitchen. Guests can spend their mornings eating at the breakfast bar and their evenings at the dining table with seating for eight. The dining room flows into the living area with an open-concept design. The living room has a homey feel with wood furnishings and soft cream-colored sofas where guests can enjoy the large flat screen. Esperanza 2804 also has satellite TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a washer/dryer.
Outside, Esperanza 2804 has an outdoor bar, a barbeque, and a round table that seats five, so guests can enjoy views and the covered patio. There is also extra seating that is available on the balconies that extend off of the bedrooms. Guests may also walk to the Esperanza Resort to experience luxurious amenities.
