Villa Islander spans over 6,000 sq ft of living space and it was designed to maximize transparency and views while affording a high degree of privacy. The layout consists of one Main House that contains two en-suite bedrooms, one large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with 14’ high ceilings, a swimming pool on one side and a large timber dining table for communal outdoor meals on the other. The property sits one block from the beach in the central part of the 12 mile long Grace Bay with a variety of venues nearby: ‘Somewhere’, a must-go beach restaurant and bar, is 5 min walk along the beach, the Gansevoort resort, West Bay Club and Beaches are also within walking distance. Grace Bay’s boutiques, shops and supermarkets are 5 min by car and so is the 18-holes Provo Golf Club. The International Airport (PLS) is at 8 km. distance.

The many other beautiful beaches of the Island can be reached with short car trips.
