The two story Moroccan-inspired villa comprises 8,000 square feet. The gated estate villa has lushly landscaped gardens, stone pathways and outdoor patios; its interior is sumptuously furnished with fine collectibles, rugs and artifacts reflecting eclectic influences from Europe and the Orient. The entry leads to a grand sitting room opening onto the oceanfront patio with spectacular ocean views. La Koubba's ground level has a formal dining room and gourmet kitchen. Two staircases branch out from the main level hallway leading upstairs to 4 bedrooms with private balconies. All bedrooms are air conditioned and most have TVs. The property also has a guest cottage with a separate entrance from the front courtyard. This has one air conditioned bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, living/dining area with TV, kitchenette and private patio. The guesthouse is not rented to a separate party while the main villa is occupied, but can be rented along with the main to accommodate larger groups. Chef services, grocery provisioning, babysitting, spa therapist and additional housekeeping can be arranged on request.
