Three Bedroom Residence (3 bedroom, 3.5 bath): 3,700 square feet of pure bliss. The suites offer a full kitchen with washer and dryer. Each of the three bedrooms has an en-suite bahroom. The master bedroom includes a private terrace with a view. The sescond bedroom (king) has an ocean view while the third (queen or two twins) has a garden view. The main living space opens to the private terrace. The media room can also be converted to a forth bedroom.

Three Bedroom Premier Residence (3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms): 4,500 square feet including a custom bar with built in wine chiller. These suites have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Separate living and dining rooms both have ocean views and open to a private terrace. The kingsize master opens to itsown private terrace with outdoor rain shower. The second king bedroom includes an ocean view while the third queen (or two twin) bedroom includes a gardent view. The media room may be converted to a forth bedroom.

Three Bedroom Beach Level Pool Residence (3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms): 3,800 square feet of space with a private plunge pool, full kitchen, and washer dryer. Kingsize master bedroom contains ocean view, en-suite bathroom, and private terrace. The additional bedrooms (king, queen/double twins) each have private bathrooms and ocean or garden views. Media room can be converted to a forth bedroom. 

Four Bedroom Residence (4 bedroom, 4.5 bathrooms): At 4,500 square feet, these residences have two kingsize master suites with private terraces and ocean views. The other two bedroms (king, either queen/two twins) both have private bathrooms and garden views. These residences include a full kitchen, media room (can be converted to another bedroom), washer and dryer, and al fresco shower. 

Four Bedroom Beach Level Pool Residence (4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms): These 4,700 square foot residences offer two kingsize master suites with ocean views and private terraces. The additional bedrooms (kingsize and either queen/two twins) also have private bathrooms. These residences include a full kitchen, media room, washer and dryer, al fresco shower and private plunge pool.

Penthouse Residence: This 7,000 suite includes a private elevator, media room, and private study. This residence includes four bedrooms each with an ocean view and terrace. The media room can be converted to a fifth bedroom. The spacious outdoor terrace includes an al fresco rain shower, Jacuzzi and grill.
