On the other side of the peninsula is yet another world: the Lagoon. Created in the days when the village of Oracabessa was a banana port, it is marvelous for swimming and kayaking.
As a GoldenEye resident, life on the island is a swim in your pristine lagoon, a day exploring the organic farm, Pantrepant or yoga at Firefly, the former residence of the famous playwright Noel Coward, and perhaps visiting the Oracabessa Primary School, cheering at a soccer match and connecting with a child.
Each Lagoon Cottage has its own private dock extending four feet over the lagoon and a brightly colored kayak thats tied up and waiting for you. Each cottage is built into lush natural landscape with direct access to the lagoon from your veranda. All are just steps away from Low Cay Beach.
