This wonderful villa home is located on 3.3 acres of stunning tropical gardens. Villa Gardenia is a generous mix of comfort, privacy and luxurious living. Her position on the grounds takes advantage of the colorful views of the Caribbean Sea. This property was designed with indoor and outdoor living in mind. Tennis court, sundeck, swimming pool, ponds, and a contilevered deck all partner together to provide amenities for your every want.
Villa Gardenia's open plan layout welcomes guests as soon as they enter. The foyer opens to an expansive living/dining room featuring coral stone pillars. Guests are then lead out to a large veranda that takes full advantage of the Caribbean sunlight and pictureesque views. Below, the first floor also opens to a terrace complete with wet bar and gazebo. This villa also features a family friendly media room and fitness room.
Three guest suites feature entrances to the ground floor terrace with views of the pool and sea. The master bedroom occupies the entire first floor and includes a sitting room, private balcony and luxurous bathroom.
Villa Gardenia also contains two additional guest suites with wet bars located in the Gate House.
