Guests will enjoy the oceanfront gazebo with alfresco marble dining table sitting just adjacent to the lagoon-style pool. Both are located in a trimmed garden with outdoor candelabra creating a chic relaxed setting.
The indoor/outdoor accomodations incorporate an open floorplan with wrap around ocean view terrace. Another alfresco dining area is located on the veranda with colorful Kilim furniture, bespoke light fixtures and folding iron gates. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is equipped with Miele and Wolfe appliances, a subzero double door fridge. The kitchen is also home to a fully equipped bar including two wine coolers and butler's sink.
Three bedrooms are located on the first floor while the master suite is hosted on the entire upper level with views of the sea. This bedroom features a walk-in dressing room and study. The master opens to a private wrap-around balcony overlooking the ocean, bay, and pool. The master bath incorporates marble flooring with wood enclosed bath and his and her vanities.
