Located directly on Barnes Bay, Cerulean under went a 2 year transformation led by architect Deborah Bekre and designer Scott Salvator, which was completed in fall of 2013. Barnes Bay offers a powdery white sand beach, and its clear, calm waters are perfect for snorkeling. The location is dotted with luxury villas and resorts, but an outcropping of rock keeps the beach private. Facing west, Barnes Bay is also home to spectacular sunset views.
Designed to maximize seamless indoor-outdoor living, there are multiple outdoor seating areas and several opportunities for al fresco dining. The modern, clean-cut architectural design wraps around the 50' infinity edged pool on three sides; set steps from the beach across the manicured lawn. Interiors open to the ample decking, pool, sunny and covered outdoor areas, and the white sands of Barnes Bay.There are ample living areas on each floor of both the main and annex villas, and each of the nine principal bedrooms boast ocean views. Wooden cypress floors and artisan-crafted details combine with lots of light for comfort and warmth.
A lighted tennis court, ping-pong, billiards and a putting green and lots of water equipment, such as paddle boards, snorkeling gear, kayaks and a Hobi Cat, ensure plenty of opportunities for active fun. There's even a 1000 square foot home fitness center complete with a personal trainer and a yoga trainer. Kids will enjoy the tree house and an activities coordinator (four hours daily).Indoors, Cerulean offers a home theater with a large flat screen HD TV, as well as large collections of movies, books, music and board games.
